I would want to shape shift.
To be ghost-like (invisible, go through walls, etc.). Wouldn't want to be a ghost all the time though.

dun dun dun...cause he's Danny Fantom. Hmm... I would want to either breathe under water or fly. I could do both through shape shifting, but that's taken.
